For the ultimate convenience, flexibility and value, choose the 2008-2009 meal plan and purchase all your campus meals with your student ID card. You can use your Flex dollars at the convenience store located in Promontory Tower (PT) and all the dining locations in The Shepherd Union Food Court.

Housing Meal Plan - $775/semester ($1,550/year)

NEW!!  Includes $100 in Wildcat Cash that can be used at designated off campus vendors as well as on campus. 


All dollars may be used at any retail food outlet on campus, including the Convenience Store located at The Shepherd Union or Promontory Tower.

*Please note, deposits carry over from semester to semester. Remaining balances at the end of the year will be refunded less a small processing fee.

University Plan -  Voluntary Plan for University Village Residents.  $250/semester.  Dollars can be used on campus or off campus at designated merchants. 

           BONUS:  Includes offer for membership in a text messaging program

           which will offer a minimum of $50/semester in dining discounts.

Wildcat Cash -
Wildcat Cash is a fast, convenient way to dine on campus. It can be used at the Shepherd Union Food Court, Wildcat Room, Quick Zone Convenience Store in Promontory Tower and the Food Court as well as vending machines and book stores.

Wildcat Cash can be purchased at the Wildcard Office. There is no minimum purchase. Balances exceeding $25 can be refunded to a $25 balance. Cash balances can be carried as long as your ID card is valid.
 

How the Meal Plan Works

Meal Plan Changes
A resident may change his/her meal plan during the first two weeks of the semester at the Housing & Residence Life Office located in Promontory Tower or University Village.

Obtaining / Replacing Your Meal Card
The student identification card issued by the University serves as your meal card. Fall semester, if you are a freshman or transfer student, you may obtain your student ID card at orientation. The Wildcard Office in the Union Building issues your card. You must present picture ID and evidence of registration at the Wildcard Office.

Dining Committee
HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS TO SHARE? Please contact the Dining Services General Manager, Keith Murray, at Keith.Murray@sodexo.com about joining our dining committee. The committee meets once a month to share ideas about dining services on campus.

Having Visitors?
Guests are always welcome. You can use your Flex Dollars or Wildcat Cash to purchase a meal for your guests at any retail location. Please remember that you must be present to use your card.

*Hours of operation may change for holidays that occur during the academic year as well as during periods when the campus is secured. Holiday hours will be posted in the Shepherd Union the week prior to each holiday as well as on the website.

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • In order to protect your account, you must be present to use your card.
